my husband walked out on me and 4 children do i have the right to stay in the house and can he get legal aid as he is saying he can divorce me and he will get legal aid, will i get it too ,if its true, he gave me fasle address which i have now found out. what rights do i have with his child as he is coming and going, and its affecting her and my other children who he has brought up as his own for 13 years, my youngest was only one and a half when i met him and our daughter together is 7, i think he has someone but not sure how to find the truth, have mobile bill with all her number on it and how many texts he sent her the day before he left and over the 3 weeks since he left.

Hi, sorry to hear about your break-up. The best advice I can give you is to get down to your nearest CAB they will be able to explain everything to you.
Were you renting or buying the house? Is it in joint names?
Whos name are the gas, electric and other household bills in? Because as far as I know the person whos name is on them is responsible for paying them.
You will also need to contact your local Social Security to sort out money to which you may be entitled to plus housing costs.
As I said at the beginning the CAB is the place to go.
