May sound strange but as she been wearing any mask, you know the dressing up ones? I found out i couldnt wear them when i had a reaction to one whilst messing around with my son at halloween i had red spots and my eyes were puffy for a while. I think it was the latex that it was made from that caused it. If not take her to docs xxx
