Baby Nightmares....
Can anyone tell me if its normal for a baby to have nightmares?
He seems to be having bad dreams and has since he was a few days old, (he is 5months now) not all the time but fairly often. He makes crying noises and whiney sounds and scowls as if he is about to cry, its heartbreaking to watch and occasionally it wakes him up...
He had an awkward birth and we nearly lost him-has this perhaps had some sort of psychological impact on him-or am I being paranoid?! He is normally such a happy little boy.
Thanks from a worried first time mum! Lol. :O)

If hes not getting upset and its not affecting his sleep then Im sure hes just dreaming of milk and cuddles which is really all he knows about.
My son soon grew out of it and then the teething pains started :)
All first time mums worry about things, its only natural.
