I used to have alot of problems eating, but have not had for a good while now.
I had a cold/cough about a month ago and completely lost my appetite, but it still hasnt come back. My b/f is getting worried as I have never been one for eating breakfast, now if i have lunch, i cant eat dinner, and to eat dinner I cant have anything for lunch :( So I am down to eating only one meal a day which i know is not healthy at all. Today im not eating til dinner time as my bf puts so much effort into cooking what i fancy, so i will eat, but i just cant manage more then i couple of mouthfuls! How can i get it back? Or what could be causing this?
What's your absolute favourite food, the one thing that if you see it on a menu you just want it? Try having that, start with small bits and then try working up to more each time. Take your time over it as well, try something cold so you can take time over eating it. Aside from that see your GP :) Hope that's some help?
