Baby Monitor

I have had a great idea for an invention, but expect someone has already had it. It would be a complete baby monitor linked to a webcam, so as well as Mum at home being able to monitor the baby, if I am away on business I can get a look in too from my laptop in the hotel.

What an idea eh!?

If someone's had this idea before, what's it called and where can I get one? Are they any good?

OR. stop telling us about it... go see someone who deals with fantastic ideas..get a huge bank loan, make them, sell them and make a mingin mint of cash!!!

You can already get a baby monitor that links to your mobile phone camera - it costs a fortune. If you want more info I can see if I can find it for you.

you can set up cctv in the room and view it via an internet connection. however they dont work in complete darkness. Im sure this is what nurserys use.

My daughters nursery did this, so you could on website at work and see your child at nursery if you wanted to. Nice and reassuring with some of things you hear about these days, I never felt the need to but nice knowing it was there.

I haven't heard much else so i think you are probably onto a good idea. Good luck.
