how do you get rid of smell of sick

My son has been sick in the car.Does anybody know the best way to get rid of the lingering smell?

We had the same problem a while back & the only thing I found that worked was to open the doors & windows scrub the upholstery a few times (allowing to dry each time) using v.hot water & pine disinfectant. After about 4 or 5 scrubs the worst of the smell went but there was still a faint whiff which seemed to go after a liberal sprying of Febreeze. We keep a roll of large food-bags in the glove box now in case of any future mishaps...
