Castor Oil
Hi, has anyone tried Caster Oil to kick start their labour?
I heard it's very effective & wondered if anyone here had tried & whether it worked or not..
I know she'll be here when she's ready but i'm overdue & slightly desperate.
(Thought I'd ask in parenting too in case it worked)!!

Try to keep on the move round the house or just some gentle exercise. All will come when ready as you've said.
All the best & good luck with the delivery.

not only will it give you a tummy ache and the squits but also baby.
Its not the best thing for them to poo in waters as they inhale the fluid and the poo. 12 hour observation if there is meconium in the waters usually.
try the other old wives tales but avoid the castor oil if you can.
can you imagine having the squits in labour too??
