hi im a single mother to my 17 month old daughter. her dad keeps her overnight when he feels like it (usually once a week). i dont work and im receiving child benefits. Her dad has a well paid full time job but doesnt pay me anything, is this right or should he still be paying something towards her upbringing even though i get benefits? he does pay for her food and nappies etc when shes at his house and has some clothes there for her but i dont think this is very fair as shes in my care most of the time. please help me with any info you know :)?

But any payments you do receive will effect your income support.
he should be paying money via the CSA, you wont receive any of this money other than your current benefits as you are not working.
