How do I know when I got pregnant, I had unprotected sex 4 days after my period, could I be pregnant?

I remember my pregnancy books stating that there were only 3or4 days of the month that you were fertile or could get pregnant.

These are usually around the 14th day of the month give or take a few days either side, with day one being the first day of your period.  It really depends how long your period lasts.  If your period lasts 7 days and you had sex four days after this, this would be day 11.  So you could be pregnant.  If however, your period lasts 4 days, you would have had sex on day 8, which means it is highly unlikely you are pregnant.

I think the most fertile time is 10 to 16 days after period...I think anyway... good luck and dont do it again lolol !!! joking !!! good luck anyway hunny

However remember how many catholics using the rhythm method have children.

Also, bear in mind thats sperm can live for up to 5 days within the female body, so add another 5 on to your number and hey presto.....

i have always learnt by the doctors and social workers that u can get pregnant at ANY time of the month, even on ur period. remember, it only takes 1.
