Braxton Hicks

and back pain all over. Very uncomfortable back pain. Braxton hicks are strong as ever, but not painful, just uncomfortable, although make the back pain worse. I was sick this morning, had a lot of bowel movement (normally constipated)..i am 34 weeks, i am frightened it might come early. Why am i so exhausted....i see women chilling and being normal towards the end, so why not me? :'-(

Yes, I would ring the hospital, or speak to your midwife or doctor. Labour can start with back pain. Just rest with your feet up. Everyone is different.

All day today. Dont feel like proper contractions. Baby moving fine. Back pain conming and going
