Grrr And Yay!
24 Answers
I received a parking fine today from Morrisons. I was livid.
I read online about appealing (apparently it doesn't work to just ignore them anymore) but decided to ring the store directly and ask for the manager.
It took him all of two minutes to decide he didn't want me to (politely) shout at him anymore and they have deleted it. YAY!
Just shows, you just have to stand your ground.

after all wouldnt it be better if Firm X dealt with customer complaints, instead of taking the view of: "we dont have any and if anyone says we do, we're goonna sue !"
