I always assumed that the black gene was more dominant, however when my son was born.. my 1st child he came out white skinned with white/blonde hair so fair that you could hardly see his hair, eyebrows or eyelashes. My daughter was born with brown hair and green/brown eyes and white skin. Her hair now is a light brown with blonde parts to it, she also still has white skin but has a lovely tan in summer too.
