confused had early scan they found bleeding inside..

really confused.. had a early scan due to previouse still born at 41 weeks.. they found a heartbeat.. Baby is in the right place, they measured me at 6 weeks 5 days. But there was bleeding attached to the outside of the sac.. What could this be???
prev swollen (SP?) ankles
  
next been tol i have sub cherionic bleeding has anyone heard of this?

Could be an implantation bleed? They say you can have one round about when your next period would have been due - did they say it was anything to worry about?
