Hypnobabies home study course

Would love to do the Hypnobabies home study course but it seems to only be available to buy in the US. Anyone got any ideas where I could buy it in the UK?

Hi, I didn't do Hypnobabies (and don't know too much about it), but I used an excellent cd from the Natal Hypnotherapy range. You just listen to the cd over and over again in your own time. This is the cds part of the site:

I used this one on preparing for a hospital birth, http://www.natalhypnotherapy.co.uk/11.html, but there are other cds for home births, preparing for a caesarean, twins, vaginal birth after caesarean and many more.

I used it from about 20 weeks and had a very relaxing pregnancy and birth as a result. It helped me to stay very calm and in control throughout.
