i am 29 weeks pregnant and started to get a slight discomfort around my pubic bone, just when i walk and get up from sitting, it is not painfull to touch and on a scale 1-10 the pain is about 1-2 (not much i know), this is accompained by pain in myleft pelis which is more painful, just wondered if this is the signs of symphysis pubus as for so reason it is really getting me down, worrying i am going to develop it?

have a word with your midwife when you see her.
It just also be that baby is getting lower and its pressure causing the aches and pains, or it may be as bad as it gets and you can cope OK for the rest of your pregnancy.
I've heard of other women who get this. It's probably just a regular pregnancy ache, but check with your Midwife if yo're concerned.
At around the same time in my pregnancy, I started getting pubic pain, It has got progressively worse but it's still bearable - the worst time is definitely sitting up after sleeping, and rolling over in bed, when I can actually feel my pelvis move around. It's only really been the last 2 weeks (I'm now overdue) that it has become a real pain (no pun intended). I find that pelvic rocking (e.g. on an exercise ball) and regular short walks help a bit. Also, avoid getting up off the floor knees apart as this definitely makes it worse. Hope you have a trouble free pregnancy.
