do all dads want a son? plus Girls names

Hi I have a 16month old daughter and another little girl on the way, I cant help feeling as if my husband wanted a son, he has said nothing but I just get the feeling he wants a boy, I guess 1 of each is great but not ment to be for every 1. he said he is over the moon about having another girl but do daddys long for boys....?

my little girl is call Mollie-Jean, we now have to find another girls name any ideas

I know the men pick but we did count ovulation blarr blarr and all of that, we tried to concive on boy days only, that was both of are idea not sure now that ovulation counting helps.

hello, my friend has just had her 2nd little girl this week, at the start she felt the same as you are feeling, that her partner wanted a boy, to do the boy things with him ie.. rugby football.
I had a chat with her & said she sould really stop worrying & injoy her pregnacy, & just be thankfull that the baby was healthy!! & that some people cant have any children... she said i was right.. & that they may try for another baby in the future, as i said to her thing's happen for a reason.. now that her little girl is here she said she wouldnt change her for the world... i hope this helps in some way. rea x

I agree, be happy to have two little girls. As for the name, I wouldn't go for anything that ends in y or ie as you have a Mollie - what about Anna or Ella.
