Every prospective mother has anxieties about their unborn child. I'm still worrying something might be wrong with mine. (I'm due to give birth next Saturday)
I didn't feel any definite movements until around 21 weeks, I would say 16 weeks is too soon and it's also dependent on your build. They do say thinner women feel movement earlier than those with larger frames.
Have you had your 12/13 week Nuchal Scan and blood tests yet?

Hi Pandaroo - I'm also 16+ wks (this is my second child) and I know exactly how you feel. Had my 16 wk MW appt this wk and apparently they now don't listen for baby's heartbeat at this appointment (where I live) - was so disappointed as I'd been relying on this to put my worries at rest. The thing for us both to do is try to be positive and calm - and look forward to our 20wk scan! Mine is 30th June - do you know when yours is yet? Take care xx
