My daughters birthday is coming up soon and I'm wondering about having a party and getting her a childrens preformer

I'm 50/50 between getting a clown or mime.
What are the pro's and cons of each one?

i dont think kids would get the mime so much...it may just appear its bloke in a funny outfit wiggling his hands about...

facepainting goes down well...they love that...

cakes, ice cream, games (all of that and you can afford to do a great job with the money spent on the entertainer) and, the best thing of all, a couple of mattresses in the garden - its amazing what force eight four/ five year olds can pack against you if you allow them yo push it as you are holding it....and a lot of fun and good way of blowing off the sugar......
