Do you smoke?.

I am a smoker and welcome comments on what I have written to the Imperial Tobacco Co. :-( a reply is awaited.)
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Ever since Players 'Medium' tipped cigarettes were withdrawn from the market, I have been smoking 'Embassy Number 1'.
Please correct me if I am wrong in my belief that originally your No.1 was made from pure Virginia tobacco but is now being manufactured from a blend of others.
My concern is that your company's cigarettes are now not what they were and, as I have to continually relight them whilst smoking, I would appreciate your observations on the issue concerned."

chrissa1 has asked if anyone remembers 'Passing Cloud'. My answer is yes, along with such others as Park Drive, Black Cat, Du Maurier, Redwing, etc etc.( including Pasha which were a Turkish style cigarette)
I'll risk my reputation and tell you a naughty story which involves Pasha cigarettes and a few of my Welsh mates.......
Two lads went to Twickenham and after the Rugby match went 'on the town' so to speak. Then the following morning, on the train back to South Wales, Shun says to Dai "I can still smell on me the perfuming that girl was wearing last night. What is the Mrs going to say".? To which Dai said " Tell her it was a good match and,as Wales won, we've been celebrating on the train with a few cans of beer and smoking Pashers; that will account for the perfumed smell" Well Shun thought he would get in first when his wife greeted him back home and said "Great match, and in celebration of Wales winning, Dai and I have been poking smashers."
