i am the 1st born grandchild of the 7th son of the 7th son .i would like to know what this means ,i was also born with a veil. i have dreamt things then it happens sometimes it is scary but others it is cool.can anyone tell me if these are connected?

Octavius - you're right, they didn't have a TV until 1955 - but we were the first ones in our road to have one though, albeit black & white!

I think you must mean you were born with a caul. The sac around the fetus is not ruptured.

It means that you are protected against drowning !

Sailors a few centuries ago would pay a decent price for a caul for its value although you may have missed the peak market by about a century.

My friend was born with a caul in 1948,not quite a century ago! Her uncle a seaman kept it with him for many years.
