Does anyone remeber the name of a toy that was out in the eighties, it was a Spinning spaceship shape toy with two cords that you pulled to make it Hum and spin?

Yes, I remember it well, it was around well before the eighties - I have no idea what it was called, though.
I thought it was a gyroscope, or based on one but don't remember the toy name.
