Should I married a man older than me 20 year?

I never meet him before and i never been in love or have boyfriend before so i don't know what to do. My grandmother know his parent and she said he a nice guy, he so handsome, he so smart (in his house have many certificate of him) he the only child in his family (i'm only chail too) good work, have many house and land (he rich but it not important for me cuz i rich too). His father is 70y and mother is 67y. My grandmother said if i see he good Want to married wait after finish high school and when married i can go study collage.
My grandmother want me to date him. Now i'm 17 year and that man is 35 year. Is it good to meet him? Is it good or bad to married him? And why handsome guy who is 35 year old never been married still single? His face is similar this korean actor go this:

for a man,take his age and divide by two, add 9 and you have the ideal age for marrying.....i.e of he 35 then he should be looking at 26.5 - for you 18 (just), there is a version of this where it goes by divide the mans age by two and add 7, so that would be a 20 year old for you.....
