Pregnancy drama

I am pregnant. The sonographer has put me at 4 weeks, but the nurse, using her little calender has put me at 6 weeks and my ovulation date is the 28th of october. Now, i was being sensible and had been taking my pill...but unfortunately it failed! The dilemma is that up until the 27th i was seeing a guy and the last date that i slept with him was the 25th. However, on the 27th i got back withy boyfriend after a year and we slept together on the 27th and 28th of october. So i don't know who the father is. I'm in such a mess! If i'm 4 weeks then it's definitely my boyfriends.

well, you will never know unless you have a dna test when the baby is born., no one can tell you who's baby it is. If the outcome will matter to who will be bringing up the child, had you thought about abortion? You could have a medical abortion at this gestation. If abortion is unpalatable to you, then the only thing you can do is be honest to your bf. TBH until later, i would have thought ultrasound testing is rather unreliable for dates - they wont have even seen a HB

they calculate how far pregnant you are from the first day of your last period, not from when you had sex I thought. When I had my little one, everything was calculated from the date I'd had my last period and your due date is 40 weeks from then. i think (and i'm no expert) that you're most fertile 2 weeks after your period. If you had a period after the last time you had sex with the other guy, then you were likely not to have been pregnant by him. i'm not really sure though - can you ask your doctor/nurse for some advice? your bf must know about this other guy ? what's his view? x
