I find researching this issue quite complex and hard to digest.
So simply, can anybody tell me if a father is working

The CSA are also not really interested unless the lone parent is claiming benefits.

As far as I'm concerned all they want is for the absent parent to pay the equivalent of income support.

If you are not on benefits they won't chase the absent parent.

The CSA are unorganised, uninterested and unless you want heartache, angst and frustration, I would just forget that they exist. They are absolutely rubbish. I know, I was that soldier!!
