I find researching this issue quite complex and hard to digest.
So simply, can anybody tell me if a father is working

Huh..... why is this chopping off most of the post??????
Just add the rest of it to this question. It's less confusing!
The father maybe working, but your computer isn't!
Are you pasting anything into your question?
Try on a different browser if you have one.
Don't use the > and < arrows..........the computer removes any type between them.

Right..........I find researching this issue quite complex and hard to digest.
So simply, can anybody tell me if a father is working LESS THAN 16hrs per week and is registered as a full time student, should he be paying the mother anything? He lives 25o miles away and we know he works cash in ahnd on the side, but this is nearly impossible to prove. The CSA will only investigate declared incomes!
Question Author
YESSSSSS!!!!
applause
Lol I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you, but well done! :)
He would be expected to pay something but it will be a very small amount.

They can't take cash in hand jobs into consideration if they aren't declared. That would be you word against his.

Thanks ummmm.
He thinks he is dodging the bullet my enrolling in college for some mickey mouse part time course and working in legitimate employment 15 hours a week. He also works in a nightclub cash in hand, 3 nights a week for approx £100 per night. But we need to prove that, the CSA are not interested.
CSA go on the theory that the person who is paying the maintenance will pay 15% of their income for the first child and 5% for any subsequent children. This is of declared income.
i would guess the amount of hours don't really matter (after all, he might have a job that pays £500 ph) it's the income
