What is the "best" way to lose the most weight in a week?

Eat salad. Exercise.
There is no "good" way to loose a lot of weight in a week. Perhaps cutting a leg off, though that is quite drastic.
Do lots of exercise, drink lots of water and eat only food such as fruit and veg.
But i am not sure it's a good idea to try to lose weight in this way over such a short period
Eat less and have healthy food - salads maybe - water - black coffee, and move more - walking, standing, swimming, skipping - whatever is possible.
The jockey, Lester Piggot, used to swear by cigars and saunas.

I'm not surprised. Cigars aren't very nutritious.
I lost 1/2 a stone in one week on the Atkins diet. I needed to do that so that I could get into an outfit for a wedding. I know the weight loss was probably water etc but it did the trick.

As everyone else said drink lots of water, exercise, make the remaining meals you eat soup and salads and eat only lean meat and odd fruit. Kill off the cabs. You'll feel horrible but you will lose weight.
I`ve had norovirus, salmonella and and a lot of other bugs. When you get a bug you tend not to expend any energy because you feel so ill so the lack of calories is countered by the lack of energy used. I have been so ill that I have only eaten one sliced apple every day for a week and not lost any weight at all because all that I could do was lay on a settee all day. I don`t think food poisoning is the way to go as far as weight loss is concerned.
There's no secret to weight loss - eat less and exercise more - there you go, no problem!

The problem is having the willpower to keep it up and change your diet and lifestyle permanently - if you could bottle willpower you'd make a fortune!

2. Ban White Bread and Pasta
3. Do Cardio 30 Minutes a Day
4. Drink Coffee an Hour Before Working Out
5. Have Nightly You-on-Top Sex
6. Do 36 Push-Ups and Lunges Every Other Day
7. Sleep 30 Minutes More a Night
8. Make One Food Sacrifice
9. Don't Let the Camera Add Pounds
10.Eat Salmon for Lunch
11. Stand Up Straight
12. Do Squats and Sit-Ups
13. Pop an Antigas Pill
