baby sleep please!

i have a 9 month old baby and a three year old. the problem is that my 9mth old daughter doesnt sleep much during the day. Will only sleep for half hour, if that at a time three times a day, and only sleeps about 8-9hrs during the night. how much sleep should my daughter be getting at this age, also she is very clingy and im constantly holding her, sometimes virtually all day. What are the best tips for a clingy baby who doesnt sleep? Ive just been diagnosed with postnatal depression and my toddler has just recently been diagnosed with autism I have been coping as best as i can with both my children but any advice at the moment will be of great comfort xxx
