Can anyone suggest an organisation that gives support and advice to those affected by adoption?

Hmmm, thanks but I'm not sure they are quite the right people.

I'm looking for an organisation that will give advice and support to those who have been affected by adoption over the years, i.e. adoptees coming to terms with being given up and all the various complexities that they may face.
