Not a good idea to move in with a boyfriend to get away from your parents. think very carefully about your motives.
Are you in the UK?

Your parents have parental responsibility for you while you are a minor (meaning until your 18th birthday)
You also have by law to attend school or college until you are over 18.
This is assuming you are in the UK.
Have you got the wherewithal to look after yourself, ie, money?
It's a difficult age. Everything depends on everything else (if you see what I mean). In some ways you are an adult, in others - you are not. It needs sorting out. As it stands these days I think (please check) that you are legally able to move from your parents house without permission. I really, really don't advise it unless things are totally impossible (and I don't mean restrictions on your use of the internet etc.).

I'm confused by your last sentence 'if I won't get her into any trouble by doing this'. Are you entering into a Lesbian or a Heterosexual relationship?

To be completely honest, I think that you are too young to know what you are letting yourself into. Have you thought about paying the rates, the gas (or whatever) bill. Washing socks, undies, shirts? It's not so romantic when you are draping them around the house. Honestly, most of know about this.
not an answer, but when was the school leaving age raised to 18? i always thought it was 16.
Paul...it was raised a few years back. This years 6th formers will be the first to have to stay on until 18.
ummmm, I didnt know that, the law says that they must stay in education until 18, so would that also include an apprenticeship maybe or on site training I wonder?
In England you can leave school at 16 but must remain in some sort of education or training until you are 18, this includes being self employed, employed or volunteering for 20 hours a week or more.
In Scotland and Wales you can leave school at 16.

In the UK you can leave home without your parents consent at 16

At 16 you can move in with your boyfriend

Yes, Ratter, work, education, training.

but none of us advise it

( and that includes a few who have done it ! )
My sister in law got married at 16 ( fifty y ago )
and her comment fifty y later is

" I thought I knew everything "
I left home at 16. It wasn't a disaster. Nothing bad happened.
yeah so did I
and worked as a techie in a lab

[ which is why I know so much about industrial production of virus vaccines like Ebola ]

but you know - I wouldnt tell everyone to do it !
Agree...not recommended.
I left home at 16 and I would only recommend it if you are being abused physically or sexually at home.
If you are safe at home be a grown up and work on your relationship with your parents, respect their rules and negotiate.
you say you don't get on with your parents could this be your attitude to house rules etc ,also a 26 year old boyfriend, bit old for a 16 year old .try and work things out at home.
