I have a special premature baby pattern for a cardigan, bonnet and bootees. Articles for early arrivals should be knitted only in plain stitch so as to keep the warm air in.
If you send an email address I will scan a copy to you. The starting measurements are for 3-5 lb, then 5-8lb, then 8-12lb
