Well she is here, she has straightened my pictures and had a nosey. I have oohed and ahhed with all due respect at the goodies ( does she not realise we have delicious biscuits here ?). She didn't bring any sandals or swimming costume, we had planned to take the GC on a few picnics to the beach, it's beautiful this month, before the tourists descend, now what are we going to do ? She is NOT borrowing one of mine. She says she thought it was cold , hasn't she heard of Google ? Okay, rant over for today.

Hard to deal with an alcoholic staying with you for a week and when you come back from an errand find them boiling an egg in the chip pan.
Hard to deal with these people who are literally on the IPads for 10 hours in your living room when you are trying to watch TV and they don't shut up ever
Hard to deal - when you are going to work on a Monday morning find that daddy visitor is bathing 2 year old baby visitor in the bath at 7.00am when you want to have shower and then having to retreat into your bedroom to let daddy continue
Hard to deal - when you allow two couples to have their own bedroom and you lie on the floor of your own house.
Hard to deal with a friend's son who has had a row with his father and has been thrown out of family home - so you feel obliged with the 3 bedrooms
And I could write more but won't bore you - just so glad it is all over for me.
Boy was I a MUG - no no no ever again -
