If there's a teenager abandoned the family what shall he/she can do to earn money alone? And what shall he/she do to be independent?

A lot will depend on where (by which, I mean in which country) that teenager is living and how old he/she is.

For example she/he live in a normal country that and the age is 18/19 their speciality is computer/managing/cooking and many things

OK, you won't tell me which country, but as this is a UK-based site, I'll assume he/she is in the UK.

At 18, people are adults over here, so there's nothing stopping this person doing anything, really.

This person should apply for jobs that s/he thinks s/he has the skills to do. This person will no doubt need somewhere to live and could get access to hostels for young people who have no one to provide a home...an example her in London is centre point. This person could contact the offices of the Big Issue and start to sell that in the streets. In the meantime s/he should contact the local job centre with a view to getting job seekers allowance and help applying for work. I am assuming this person in in the UK but of course you haven't given that detail.
