However, emmie, her main concern was AIDs in the Philippines and stopping that - she ended up receiving their Congressional Medal for what she did in that field and went on to become No 3 in the UNAids programme, working out of New York. Her old man was also a big cheese in the organisation and ran 'Eastern Hemisphere' for Kurt Waldheim....
