My friends ex husband has taken her to court 27 times making unfounded accusations against her to try and make her look an unfit parent. Both are legally aided. The judge has failed to see it as harrassment, phsycological reports have been done on both, all at taxpayers expense of course. He deals in porn with young girls and wants his two young daughters to have unsupervised access etc. Can we complain about the judge and have this travesty stopped? She and the kids are totally stressed and unable to lead normal lives.

From your question it would appear that these hearings are in County Court (Judge sitting alone?)
She can apply for the case to be heard by Family Court Magistrates (3 sitting as a bench) I am probably biased but often you will get a little more sense out of magistrates.

The children are aged 8, 11 and 15. What he is doing seems a total waste of taxpayers money and the Court just seems to be allowing him to harrass her for ever more!

the children aged over 9 are allowed to go to court and speak for themselves.The judges priority is the children and if the children dont want to know they dont have to.I am sure they will realise he is being pathetic .i personally would get a new solicitor. i wouldn't advise complaining about the judge but would try and somehow see another

hi there i think if the kids are old enough they should be allowed to speak for themselves but im sorry if that was me personally and my kids dad was into porn with young girls he would be having unsupervised contact with my girls he obviuosly thinks that this is ok with young girls. i would also ask for a different judge 2. i wish your friend the best of look x
