Finding people from a photograph

My friend(honest!) had a relationship on holiday. She is suffering with her health and as a matter of urgency needs to contact the gentleman she had a relationship with. She has a name and town and the photograph of the gentleman....how can she track him down, get him to be found?

I`m with you Mamjet. northby is totally out of order in getting at you AND in trying to get you banned. The question infers that it is indeed as serious as AIDS or maybe another sexually transmitted disease, so why didn`t ath007 be more explicit if only to deny it is AIDS?

Ignore the last too idiots please, I image your friend it trying to track this guy down, otherwise why would you put it. If you have the money fly out there, I think the newspaper idea might be an option, or phoning the bars/resturants he may frequent and asking them to pass a message on, stating how important it is, it is difficult if there may be a wife/children, but hell if it is a std and it seems from the question that it is, he may have passed it to his wife, and if not, it needs to be relayed to him quickly. Well done for trying to help you friend by any means possibly while keeping her anonymous.

Has she tried seeing if a telephone is listed in his name?
