Can anyone tell me what site to use to get into the 1891 Census. I thought it was now free but everyone seems to want money. Thanks in advance

The 1881 census is the only complete free census, the 1891 is on pay sites such as Ancestry or Find My Past.
it will be free in your local library for your districts, or you will be able to pay for using the library's service if they suscribe to one of the main site like ancestry or find my past
try using the mormon church database i dont think they charge you and they are the biggest database of pwople in the world
Go to your local library it free on their computers though you'll need a pen and paper as they won't print it out, something to do with copyrights.
p.s. of course these sites charge, they employ people they have to pay and the are not funded by the government
dozs of people took years to copy all that info onto computers.
