i am 15 years old and i live in delaware.my mom is 32 and she beats me with words and her hamds.also with what ever she can get her hands on.my qusetion is that if i go to move with my boyfriend of 2 years to my ex-stepdad's house in georgia is that aganist the law?i don't want to go back to foster care.i also have 2 brothers and a sister.what do i do?
