How old do i have to be

Hi! I'm 15 and my mum and dad have split up and my dad wants to start seeing me. My dad lives in London and my mum wont let me go and see him without and address even though i can get the address of him when i go down there! My mum will not let me see my dad now because and I'm really upset is this reasonable? Also i have to catch the train down to see him and my mum said i cant go without a parents consent. Ig my dad gives me consent is this ok? She said if i got then she will call the police and say he kidnapped me and i just want to see my dad:(:(
