slimming world while pregnant
2 Answers
hello,
well im pregnant! just found out! really excited, going to docs on tuesday!
just wondered has anyone followed the slimming world plan while being pregnant?
im currently on it and its the healthiest ive ever ate in my life!! im eating 7-10 portions of fruit and veg a day, drinking only water and fruit squash, all my meals are home made, no micro meals, ive cut out all the rubbish i was eatting and just have a treat every 2 weeks, chocholate bar or packet of crisps for example!
i cant imagine why this wouldnt be safe for the baby, i always have my 2 healthy B's and healthy A's every day so its a well balanced diet and i eat loads on it as you can eat all you like!!
not bothered about loosing weight now im pregnant but i love the diet and feel so much healthier since i started would lobe to carry on!
im all or nothing when it comes to food :( so if i cant do it im worried im slip into old habbits and be the size of a house and be eating rubbish! which isnt good for my baby!!
i think i may have answered my own question in all my rabbiting!! hahahahahahah
thanks for any responses anyway love to hear what ppl think xxx

Congrats again and take care.
