My 18 year old son has a baby with an 18 year old girl. He is a student so does not work but we have tried to buy some things and have things at our house for him. They had been going out for 3 years on and off. They have now fell out and she says he cannot see him. I cannot afford a solicitor and they have loads of money where does he stand?

is he on the birth certificate? if so then he has equal rights to the child. Also if hes a student he should be entitled to legal aid. Why has she stopped contact?
Because they fell out and now she has a little pawn??

He should be able to get legal aide.

Yes he is on birth certificate. They have been fine before when they have fell out but this time it seems to be worse and she is being very awkward. I have spoken to her dad today so hopefully things will get sorted. Otherwise we are going to see a solicitor. Thanks
