hi can anyone tell me what my rights are as the eldest child of five when there is a partner that as been living with my mum who passed away friday. he as been there 20 years and looked after my mum as her carer and i have two brothers still living there one with mental health problems and im worried he wont take care of him and he wont put the older brother on the rent book which at the moment is in my mums name but hes got to get the forms to sign the house over into his name and as not mentioned my brothers being there. i asked him to put it in joint names as my brothers are 36 and 24 he wont and it was my mum wish that they where looked out fo. i have also so said i want some things what i got my mum back and he wont let me have them. theres no will or life insurance and ive had to get the money together for the funrel what can i do to make sure the kids are alright and stop him from taking control of all my mums belongings there were never married please help head a mess cant grief my mum with out sorting this first thanks
