My sister has a top palate and finds it difficult to remove the gunge at night. Is there an efficeint way of removing this?

why remove it - sleep with it. That stops any gum damage.

Try using nothing...The natural suction from the roof of her mouth onto her plate should be enough if the plate is a good fit....It works for me..x

My sister has just e mailed me to say thank you to you both and especially john1066. She went to the dentists yesterday and is getting a new plate fitted.
