Your argument for custody will suffer as a result of your impetuous actions. If your brief is no good, get another one. You can rise or fall by your legal rep.... Keep a close eye on your children's welfare in the meantime, and report anything unacceptable to the police.
You keep saying your solicitor is useless, well take the advice of people on here and go to the CAB and get a solicitor who speacialises in family law! Certainly wouldnt snatch the kids, will not do you any favours, I can understand your frustration, but its frustrating keep reading your solicitor is useless...sack him/her and get a new one!!!
Contact Human Rights Commission direct - they will have more clout than the CAB.
