Well i like this girl but i can seem to make up my mind on if she likes me back or not (hopeing you will help,We work together BTW).

Ok so straight to the point.

we do talk to each other at times about work and what were going to be doing after work.I sometimes find her looking in my direction when shes standing at a distance even if its just me there (say the other end of the room).But when she walks past she seems to tilt her head downwards so that her cap would cover most of her face and not make eye contact with me at all but would ten to glance over at me for a second or two.

she can be playful at times towards me by sometimes locking me outside for a min or two and when ever we talk she seems to always smile at me and laugh at things i say which arn't funny.

What are your views (im confused)
