Poltergeist

Hi there,
friends of ours have just moved into rented accommodation, they find pictures and photographs turned upside down and items that should be upstairs have been brought downstairs and vice versa,
when they complained to the landlord it turns out he had omitted to tell them of the problem.
so my question is how do you solve this problem.
by the way this ghost or whatever is not noisy, but these strange things just happen. Thank for any information you can give. Ray.

I'm sure some University research team could rig up sensors/cameras in this so called haunted room and see what is going on. If I saw a ghost then yes I would believe. How could you not?

squarebear, I think I would also believe it under such circumstances but I would firstly need to be convinced that the footage was made under these very controlled circumstances, We all know the pranks that go on in universities.

I wish we had poltergeists, I'd encourage them to do the washing up and ironing.

Exactly ratter. It would have to be perhaps a few teams working together in order to minimise the risk of any trickery.

ah i do like a good discussion about these things.

perhaps at some point youll get to see what our team have captured on film and i wonder if any would get you thinking more about the existance of something close to what people class as ghosts.

btw, ratter, night vision can be good, it can also cause extra shadows and loss of focus. We always have to use booster lamps on our camcorders as it will not fill room with light just using the built in IR light.
