I actually think a lot of them do look a lot smarter than usual - however the girl in the really short coral is a step too far, even the nicest of person couldn't genuinely defend that look.

English women have no idea how to dress. Why are some of them wearing evening wear to a Horse Race ? The lady on the far left in the fist photo -the one is a lovely hot pink dress and jacket -that is class (I bet she's French lol)
