Tea And Coffee Stains Advert...

Anyone else remember this advert from a few years ago which is driving me mad!
It starts with a market trader man who is selling something to sort out tea and coffee stains in teapots etc. He says something like 'If there is a better way to remove tea and coffee stains, then I for one would like to know about it'
Another guy says he knows a way to which the market man says someting like 'there's always one in't there' The second man then uses some kind of thing he's holding to smash all the teapots on the mans market stall whilst saying something like 'take that tea and coffee stains'
Can't remember what it was even advertising!
Please help!
