spots!!

the last few months ive had spots coming up on my chin,as soon as one goes another comes up,and occasionally the same spot seems to go then comes bk,im now wondering if it cud be to do wiv hayfever,,the pollen or something,i dont usually suffer wiv hayfever but last couple of yrs ive had a few sniffles and such,ive tried the 'clean and clear' spot treatment,but dont seem to good as they keep coming back,dont suppose anyone can help??? thanx xx

I�m getting same thing, never been one for spots and never had one to squeeze, but getting quite a few tiny ones that are bit painful. Will be interesting to see what answers you get.

hi electric,
if your relatively young still (under 25) then your body is still becoming acustomed to the enviroment..depending also where you live ,city or large town.
keep using your creams and potions but remember if your feeling run down that could be part of the problem, plus it depends what you eat , loads of fruit and veg, i know its boring but better to be heallthy!

I've no idea of the cause, but have you given Sudocrem a try? Slap it on before bed (and again during the night if you wake), but be careful of it staining your bed sheets.

It's my miracle cure for everything (almost...) x

my best mate , and his wife fell out yesterday,had a really good bbq but the trouble is my mate is seeing another woman.
now the trouble is she see s other people as well , i was under the assumtion that they led seperate lives until his girlfriend turned up as well.
i love them both very much but my mate has got a tendency to be violent in the past. ( fire arms offense)
now when they are with me he s really cool he ll listen and will be told ,bits his tongue if you now wat i mean.his wife , because she found out came round and took the preverbial all night ............ now cut a long story short he is in the nick ,cant find out where he is she wont answer the phone ..........and basically im worried . dont no what to do :(
