Just why is it that food supposedly 'bad' for us tastes more delicious than the alleged 'healthier' stuff?

we get used to the intense flavourings that unhealthy foods contain making healthy food seem bland and unappetising, it also hits all the feel good triggers in our brains and of course because its considered bad we want it all the more.

It doesn't...not to me anyway.
Probably due to the extra Salt and other Addatives that they put in. It pays to look at the back of the pack and study the list of Ingredients

Processed foods compared with 'raw' foods contain chemicals that avoid the body's natural signal for 'had enough'.

Love fruit? Or salad? or raw nuts?
How much can you stuff down in a greedy sitting before your body says 'that was delicious but I've had enough'?

Love bread? Love Crisps? Love chokky biscuits?
How much of them can you stuff down and keep going?
