Best not to as it will probably separate on defrosting. Most egg-based things do in my experience.

You can`t freeze egg mayonnaise. It would break down into slop. In fact I don`t think you can freeze anything with raw egg in it.
No, you shouldn't.
You can't freeze mayonnaise but adding raw egg to cooked mash can be frozen!

But a home made mayo is far, far better than the crap that comes out of a jar. Hope you agree on that.

Also. just like a homemade hollandaise or bearnaise sauce (and they ain't freezable for the same reason!).

Tuna mayo, with tomato or onion. Always home-smashed to bits in the bowl :)
